Basic Qualifications:

The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of various facilities.

Job Functions:

1. Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
2. Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
3. Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
4. Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)
5. Clean all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces
6. Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls, using appropriate cleaner to remove stains and clean undersides of rim of urinals and bowls.
7. Damp wipe, wash with disinfectant when necessary, all partitions, tile walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and receptacles.
8. Fill toilet tissue, soap, paper towel and sanitary napkin dispensers
9. Clean flush-o-meters, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal work
10. Vacuum louvers, ventilating grilles and dust light fixtures as required
11. Stock restrooms
12. Straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, & break rooms

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Custodial experience is preferred but not required
2. Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required
3. Must be able to clean 650 square feet per hour or faster maintaining quality standards set by Supervisor.
4. Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisor
5. Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties
