Job Description:
We are currently seeking casual Cleaners to join our team for a few weeks in Bridgwater. This is a temporary position doing post-construction cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanour
• Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, if required

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
