Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Plainsboro, NJ seeks a Manufacturing Operator II to perform pre and post-formulation processing for collagen-based products in a GMP environment. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot process equipment, record production activities in Oracle MRP, and ensure ISO Class 5/7 cleanroom standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in chemical processing, ability to work overtime, and a team-oriented mindset. First shift, 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; science degree a plus.
• 2+ years in chemical processing or batch mixing in medical device/pharma.
• Must read, write and speak English; strong math/chemistry fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot process equipment used in collagen manufacturing.
• Perform precise measurements and add chemicals to batches with accuracy.
• Blend, mix, pour, and load material into lyophilizing equipment.
• Gown to ISO Class 5/7 cleanroom standards and maintain records per GMP/QSR.
• Coordinate with QA/QC/Materials to ensure smooth flow of subassemblies and product.
• Enter production activities in Oracle MRP and support batch milestones.
