EDS Service Solutions, LLC is hiring at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport to provide friendly, efficient rental car customer service. Training is provided and there is no automotive experience required.

The role involves processing rentals, handling returns, presenting options, and ensuring accurate documentation. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with weekly pay and opportunities to support leading rental car brands.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with prior experience.
• Have a driver's license.
• Clean Driving Record in the past three years.
• Must be able to work outdoors.
• Must be able to scan for 8 hours.
• Must be able to walk, bend, twist for 8 hours.

• Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process.
• Welcome each customer with a smile.
• Maintain professional appearance, language, and behavior.
• Ensure a clean and safe vehicle for every customer.
• Own each customer’s service experience by resolving issues.

• Work with teammates to minimize wait times and improve service.
• Use approved sales/service techniques to determine customer needs.
• Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
• Prepare all rental and return documents accurately.
• Qualify each customer using rental guidelines.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Review rental parameters and charges with customers.
• Verify accurate return date/time on the rental agreement.
• Review charges at vehicle return.
• Prepare Rental Agreement Folder with required information.
• Answer phones in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Assist customers by resolving service issues.
• Assist customers and manage queue to ensure efficient service.
• Assist at carwash, cleaning/distinguishing/refueling as needed.

EDS Service Solutions is currently hiring a Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. No automotive experience required — we provide the training!

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process, in compliance with policies and procedures.

• Welcome each customer with a smile.

• Focus on providing a clean and safe vehicle, to every customer, every time.

• Own each customer’s service experience by immediately owning and resolving issues.

• Utilize company-approved sales and service techniques when determining customer wants and needs.

• Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.

• Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.

• Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.

• Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.

• Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.

• Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.

• Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.

• Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.

• Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.

• Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.

• Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.

• Assist at our carwash, cleaning cars, vacuuming, disinfecting and refueling vehicles as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

Position Details
