Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate and support employee learning programs, with a primary focus on the company’s extended onboarding experience.

This role partners with new employees, managers, business groups, and internal subject-matter experts to ensure employees receive consistent support, training, and follow-up throughout their first 90 days and set them up for success long-term.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional video production experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling and high-quality branded content.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and the full production workflow.
• Strong skills in cinematography, lighting, audio, editing, and motion graphics.
• Excellent visual taste, creative judgment, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on role with ownership of projects from idea to final delivery.
• Experience with drone videography is a plus.

Responsibilities
