Job summary

Employee Workplace in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Clay Design Sculptor to transform design concepts into high-quality physical models for automotive projects. The role is fully onsite, with a pay rate of $35.62 per hour, and a Monday-Friday schedule.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers, create and modify clay models, and translate data into tangible models while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive clay or physical modeling.
• Strong understanding of surface development and physical modeling techniques.
• Ability to adapt to changing design direction in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with modeling software such as Alias is a plus.
• Completion of a Physical/Clay Modeling Certification Program required.
• Related bachelor's degree preferred.
