- Demonstrable expertise in prompting best practices and model selection.
- Strong command of Salesforce architectural fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and ability to apply it in B2B contexts.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize Claude AI strategy across Salesforce delivery engagements.
- Establish AI governance guardrails for production data handling.
- Direct Claude to produce high-quality Salesforce artifacts.
- Serve as a challenge function in design sessions, identifying risks.
