What You\'ll Do

• Operationalize Claude AI strategy across Salesforce delivery engagements — helping strong internal client teams execute, not redefining the strategy itself
• Establish AI governance guardrails — including production data handling rules, no-blind-deployment protocols, and developer review checkpoints that protect architectural integrity
• Author and maintain Salesforce-specific Claude runbooks, prompt libraries, and governance checklists tailored to regulated financial services environments
• Direct Claude to produce high-quality Salesforce artifacts — Apex, Flow definitions, SFDX metadata, Permission Sets, validation rules, and admin runbooks
• Serve as a challenge function in design sessions — identifying anti-patterns and long-term maintainability risks introduced through AI-accelerated build cycles
• Mentor client teams toward post-engagement self-sufficiency — leaving behind durable AI practices, not ongoing vendor dependency
• Advise on safe Claude usage for FSC, integration handlers, Apex bulkification patterns, and event-driven lifecycle design

What You Bring

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery experience, with at least 2 years applying generative AI — Claude preferred — to real enterprise workflows
• Demonstrable Claude expertise: prompting best practices, model selection trade-offs, context management, and the honest limits of reliable AI output
• Strong command of Salesforce architectural fundamentals — single-org design, Record Type models, system-of-record discipline, event-driven lifecycle integrity
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) working knowledge and the discipline to apply it selectively in B2B contexts
• Experience defining AI governance frameworks — prompt-injection awareness, output review protocols, audit trails, and developer accountability boundaries
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Anthropic API/SDK, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and agentic patterns relevant to Salesforce acceleration
• Proven track record of supporting — not replacing — strong internal teams, with respect for client design authority and locked architectural constraints
• Experience in regulated industries — financial services, FX, payments — with sensitivity to compliance, data residency, and supervisory expectations
