Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with instructional tasks and evaluate effectiveness of tasks.
• Monitor safety and well-being of students; encourage independence.
• Maintain classroom discipline and assist with student behavior.
• Provide one-on-one instruction and reinforce lessons as needed.
• Keep standardized records and documentation of student progress.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain classroom materials and equipment.
• Assist with feeding and basic care as needed; support other tasks.
• Substitute as bus driver as required for hires after 9/1/18.
