Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or 48 college hours or passing WorkKeys for Title I.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish when assigned to bilingual program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering instruction and implementing lesson plans in core subjects.
• Provide individual or small-group support to reinforce learning.
• Monitor engagement and report progress to the teacher.
• Support routines to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Supervise students in various settings and assist with behavior support.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with clerical tasks.
• Aid with assessment logistics and data collection as directed.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities.
