ACCEL Schools LLC invites applications for an Instructional Aide at Eastern Panhandle Preparatory Academy (EPPA) in Kearneysville, WV. The role supports teachers, promotes safe, positive classrooms, and assists with school activities and logistics.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or paraprofessional exam, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage confidential information while maintaining high professional standards.

Competenze

• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or the passage of the Paraprofessional’s Exam.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check.
• Ability to meet educational standards as applicable.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 25-40 lbs.
• Experience in a school or social services setting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist the Teacher with lessons and follow instructional plans.
• Help plan classroom activities and support teacher in student/parent relations.
• Support school activities and events (parent nights, meetings, assemblies, etc.).
• Perform clerical duties (grading papers, copying).
• Assist the Teacher with classroom technology.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, lunchroom and other areas.
• Align with the school's philosophy and mission in all activities.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned (field trips, duty shifts).
