ACCEL Schools is looking for an Instructional Aide at the Academy of Arts & Technology in Marion, OH. In this role, you'll assist the Teacher in classroom activities, provide oversight, and promote a positive school climate.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or equivalent coursework, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $14.25 and various benefits including paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check.
• Physical ability to lift 25‑40 lbs.
• Experience in a school or social services setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports lessons taught by the teacher to individual or groups of students.
• Helps plan classroom activities as directed by the Teacher.
• Assists with school activities, including parent‑faculty nights and assemblies.

Skills
