Job summary

Brightpoint is seeking a Classroom Support Aide to assist in implementing classroom activities and providing care for children at the Child and Family Center in Carpentersville. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience working with children, and preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish. Full-time position with competitive hourly compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) plan.

• Some college coursework in early childhood education preferred.

Job Details

• Compensation: Hourly, range between $16.99 and $20.39 per hour. Offers are commensurate with experience and bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation. The salary range provided represents our current estimate for this role at the time of posting and is subject to change. The final salary will be determined based on a range of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, and alignment with organizational needs.
