Responsibilities

• Maintain classroom discipline and follow lesson plans as left by the regular teacher.
• Maintain the daily curriculum except in emergencies.
• Discipline should be maintained and students held accountable for work, behavior, and attendance.
• Ensure student safety and never leave students unsupervised.
• Notify the school office after an injury and complete an Incident Report.
• Write a summary of the day’s activities and note any deviations from plans.
• Grade papers as required and communicate with students, staff and parents.
• Flexibility to work across district schools as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
