Job summary

Pasadena Independent School District is seeking an Instructional Aide to support teachers and students in the instructional program. This position assists with targeted practice in small groups and helps prepare instructional materials for classroom use.

Responsibilities include guiding students during drill and practice, supporting lesson preparation, and performing other duties as assigned by the principal in alignment with the school schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate is required.
• PAC Test (No Child Left Behind) or 48 College Hours required.
• Bilingual Test may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to students for drill and practice sessions and reviews in a small group setting.
• Assist with the preparation of instructional materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
