Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in classrooms ranging from Infant through School Age
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
• Support daily routines, including playtime, meals, and transitions
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Step into different classrooms as needed to provide coverage and support
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
