Classroom Behavior Therapist (RBT / Paraprofessional) - Bucks County

Join us at GAMUT Behavioral Services as a Classroom Behavior Therapist (RBT / Paraprofessional) in Bucks County. We are seeking motivated, passionate educators to support students with social and behavioral challenges in school settings.

Ideal candidates may have experience in special education, ABA, autism, childcare, or related fields supporting individuals with disabilities, but training will be provided for the right applicants.

Position Details
  • Locations throughout Bucks County including Quakertown, Warminster, Doylestown, Bensalem, and surrounding areas
  • Start date: August/September for the 2025-2026 school year
Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with students, implementing individualized goals and collecting data to evaluate progress. This role involves:

  • Implementing goals set by special education teachers and BCBA
  • Gathering data to assess effectiveness

Credentialing Requirements
  • PA Criminal History Record Check
  • FBI Fingerprint Background Check
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • TB screening
  • Education documentation (diploma or transcripts)
