Qualifications

• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified teachers, administration and office staff in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Help maintain neat and orderly classroom.
• Help with inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment and instructional materials; plan and make workroom supplies readily available to staff.
• Conduct instructional exercises assigned by the teacher; work with individual students or small groups.
• Supervise students during school day including lunchroom, bus and playground duty.
• Keep teacher informed of any special needs or problems of individual students.
• Participate in staff development training programs to improve job performance.
• Participate in faculty meetings and special events as assigned.
