Job summary

Cambridge Lakes Learning Center is seeking a Paraprofessional to support instructional, behavioral, and personal care needs for assigned students, under the direction of teachers and student services. This role emphasizes engaging learning experiences aligned to our values and continuous professional growth.

The position offers compensation in the $20.00–$26.00 per hour range, with IPA bonuses and opportunities for advancement based on education, certifications, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid ELS (Paraprofessional) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and deliver engaging, learning experiences aligned to our values, challenge every student, and inspire excellence across all content areas and grade levels, including IEPs or students with accommodations as appropriate, and directed by leadership.
• Provides instructional, behavioral, and personal care support to assigned students in alignment with each student's needs, under the direction of the classroom teacher and student services team.
• Provide support and/or employ a range of research-based instructional strategies aligned to our instructional model that support inquiry, project-based, and experiential approaches to address the whole child and support the growth of all learners.
• Partner with colleagues, families, and school leadership to align curriculum, communicate student progress, and contribute to a culture of shared responsibility.
• Engage fully in Cambridge Lakes' Professional Excellence Framework and all professional responsibilities as outlined in the Guide to Excellence and Employee Handbook.
