Job summary

LifeWorks School System is actively hiring for One-to-One Staff for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year in the Doylestown, PA area. The LifeWorks Schools provide a therapeutic educational setting for middle and high school students facing social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges.

As a One-to-One Staff, you will assist with individualized instruction in a one-on-one setting, help students understand subject matter, and ensure that regular classroom routines are followed.

Qualifications

Experience supporting students with special needs or challenging behaviors.
Ability to assist with instructional activities in a one-to-one setting.
Comfort in following classroom routines and procedures.

Responsibilities

Work one-to-one with students with special needs or challenging behaviors.
Support instructional activities for individual students.
Monitor and manage student behaviors to maintain a productive learning environment.
Model and encourage positive social skills.
Assist students through classroom transitions.
Perform other duties as directed by school administration.

The LifeWorks School System, with locations in Doylestown, Levittown and Media, PA is actively hiring for One-to-One Staff for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year.

The LifeWorks Schools are licensed specialty therapeutic day schools for students in middle and high school effected by social, emotional, or behavioral health challenges. LifeWorks comprehensive educational curriculum is individualized and designed to actively engage each student throughout the day to achieve positive, pro-social behavioral and educational outcomes. Our unique balance of academic rigor and a continuum of evidence based educational/therapeutic supports make LifeWorks the regional provider of choice.

A One to One Staff assists with classroom instruction in a one on one setting. This person aids students in understanding subject matter, and ensures that regular classroom routines are followed.

Responsibilities

Working with students that have special needs and/or challenging behaviors.
Supporting instruction to individuals
Monitoring and managing student behaviors.
Modeling and encouraging positive social skills as needed.
Supporting students through classroom transitions
Perform other duties as directed by school administration
