Job summary

Enrichment Services Program Incorporated in Phenix City, AL seeks a Substitute Teacher Assistant to support classroom staff by rotating across centers and ensuring staff-to-student ratios during breaks. The role involves assisting with meal service setup and cleanup, clothing care for classroom linens, and general duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively with parents, children, and staff and can perform physical tasks described, including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between classrooms within the Center, providing breaks for primary classroom staff
• Provide support to classroom teaching staff to maintain required ratio, in the absence of a regular Substitute Teacher Assistant

• Wash,dry and fold clothes and linens for classrooms
• Perform other duties assigned.
