Job summary

Applied Research Solutions in Dayton, Ohio seeks a Test and Evaluation Engineer to support the COMPASE program. You will design and execute test plans, perform DT/OT testing in a classified environment, and collaborate with systems engineers and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Systems/Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years in a systems engineering or test & evaluation role for DoD/Intelligence Community programs.
• US Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience on JWICS network and associated tools.
• Proven Python scripting, automation, or data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures to verify system requirements and performance.
• Conduct developmental, operational, and regression testing in lab and simulated environments.
• Analyze test data to identify, document, and report deficiencies and performance shortfalls.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate test execution and data analysis.
• Perform testing within TS/SCI facilities and JWICS networks.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, software developers, and government stakeholders to requirements and communicate results.
• Provide SME input on test methodologies and risk assessment to program leadership.
• Maintain readiness of test infrastructure and assets in classified labs.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
