Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 0 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience; OR a High School diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Security+ certification (or greater) required to be considered.
• Candidates must have a current US Government Secret level security clearance (minimum) and ability to obtain Top Secret level clearance.
• Ability to obtain/access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction according to defined objectives.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, firmware, hardware, and operating systems.
• Support multiple networks and administer security-compliant environments.
• Create and manage Windows user and computer accounts and permissions.
• Assist with testing of new product releases to ensure compatibility.
