Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Subcontract Security Lead to establish and manage the industrial-security backbone for a U.S. Government program building a classified AI Factory.

You will own the DD-254 lifecycle end to end, issue classification specs to subcontractors, verify security posture, and coordinate across government and prime teams to ensure a consistent high bar. Candidates must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of industrial/personnel security or subcontract security administration experience.
• Working knowledge of the NISPOM (32 CFR 117) and DD-254 administration.
• Experience maintaining security records and access rosters.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Issue, maintain, and track subcontractor DD-254s and verify security requirement flow-down to partners.
• Monitor subcontractor security compliance and coordinate self-inspections and corrective actions.
• Maintain access rosters, visit certifications, and need-to-know verification for subcontractor personnel.
• Coordinate with the Government PSO and prime security team on subcontractor security matters.
