Ensures the efficient operation of an elementary school or central kitchen to produce attractive and nutritious meals for students and staff.
High School Diploma or equivalent; current certification by the American School Food Service Association preferred.
Two years of work experience in an institutional or school kitchen with progressive responsibility and supervisory experience. Educational coursework in food service supervision or related field may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis. General computer experience preferred.
