DarkStar is one of the few industry-authorized enterprise-wide area networks (eWANs) in operation. Operating under a single Authority-to-Operate (ATO), DarkStar provides a secure, encrypted, shared backend that supports classified program in on-premises environments. The Systems Engineer‑IT will serve as an administrator for DarkStar production environments. Primary duties include deploying and configuring new systems, applying patches, validating and remediating security scans, resolving systems faults, and more. The role requires comfort working across Linux and Windows platforms and a strong orientation toward timely, hands‑on support of users and applications—an ideal foundation for developing deep technical expertise on unique, classified systems.
Full‑Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00
