Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) seeks a Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities on-site in Palmdale, CA, with occasional travel to Edwards AFB.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance and experience with RMF, ST&E, and A&A processes. Responsibilities include audits, vulnerability assessments, and documenting security controls while coordinating with government authorities and Special Programs access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's with 5 years; OR an Associate with 7; OR a High School diploma with 9 years.
• Candidates must meet the U.S.Government 8140 requirements for a Cybersecurity (722).
• Current US Government Top Secret level security clearance (minimum) to be considered
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits and continuous monitoring of security controls and processes.
• Assess systems and networks for deviations from policy and configurations.
• Analyze requirements and recommend additional safeguards.
• Support implementation of government policies and process tailoring.
• Coordinate security testing, documentation, and risk management evidence.
• Support formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) activities.
• Document A&A results and RMF evidence.
