Maybe you've built a strong foundation in HR and you're ready to take on more. Maybe you've spent years in benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, or HR operations, and you've found yourself drawn to the questions behind the work: Why is this position classified this way? How do we know this salary is fair? What does the market say?

Either way, this is your opportunity to move from supporting HR decisions to shaping them.

DMV's Human Resources team is looking for a Classification & Compensation Consultant who is ready to become the go-to resource on how jobs are structured and how employees are paid across one of the largest and most visible agencies in the Commonwealth. Document pay actions on the Pay Action Worksheet and keep data accurate in Cardinal, PageUp, and internal reports. Serve as a resource to HR staff, managers, and Talent Acquisition on pay determinations and adjustments.

Compensation Request Management.

Own the Compensation mailbox and tracker, responding to inquiries, routing requests, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
