AlphaGov is seeking a Classification & Compensation Analyst to support a municipal study. This role is remote-first with occasional client travel and will contribute to salary surveys, pay equity analysis, and proposal narratives for public-sector engagements.

Responsibilities include refining job descriptions, analyzing market data, and drafting classification recommendations for client projects such as the City of Myrtle Beach, SC proposal.
