Job summary

Fauquier County is seeking its next Classification and Compensation Analyst to join the Human Resources team in Warrenton, VA.

You will perform job analyses and evaluations, conduct market studies, benchmark salaries, design pay scales, and create and update job descriptions. You will also conduct desk audits and prepare classification reports and market pay insights for leadership.
