The Classification and Compensation Coordinator will work alongside the Classification and Compensation Specialist and under the supervision of the Manager of Classification & Compensation to handle the administration functions of the Classification and Compensation team. The individual in this role will handle the entry and organization of data in the HRIS platform, the initial calculation of job offer amounts, and assist with projects to support the compensation program.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work a schedule that will be primarily remote. While there is no expectation of being in the office routinely, they will be required to come into the Alliance Office for business and team meetings as needed.
Assist with information gathering and reporting as needed
Required:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Accounting & Finance, or related field and two (2) years of administrative experience with a focus on human resources including experience using HRIS systems to enter, update, and process employee information accurately and efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Preferred:
$26.27 - $34.14/ Hourly
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity
