Technology Leadership Development Program – Class of 2025
This is a two-year career acceleration program designed for college graduates passionate about a future in technology. The program aims to provide participants with rich experiences to learn, grow, and develop the skills needed to become future-ready technology leaders at Johnson & Johnson.

• New Brunswick, New Jersey
• Jacksonville, Florida

• Program Components:
• Comprehensive Training: On-the-job, virtual, and in-classroom training on both job-specific and professional development areas.
• Mentorship and Coaching: Access to mentors and coaches for support throughout the program.
• Executive Sponsorship: Active involvement and sponsorship from executive management.
• Real-World Projects: Opportunities to participate in and lead projects addressing real business and customer needs.
• Skill Development: Improvement of technical, business, and professional skills while working in decentralized operating companies or headquarters organizations.
Capability Responsibilities
Participants will work closely with their supervisors to achieve goals and objectives related to their assigned capability area. The program offers opportunities in the following capabilities:
• Data Engineering & Analytics: Focus on maximizing data through engineering, transformation, modeling, visualization, and streaming into products and customer experiences.
• Decision Science (AI, ML, & Intelligent Automation): Utilizing AI, ML, and automation to drive better decisions, automate processes, and eliminate manual activities.
• Experience Design: Creating user-friendly, beautiful, and purposeful experiences through a user-first approach.
• Scientific & Digital Health Technologies: Combining innovative health technologies with digital and virtual capabilities to provide immersive experiences for patients and healthcare providers.
• Customer (Digital) Experiences: Developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration.
• Commercial Excellence: Developing systems and tools to support commercial capabilities for customer service.
• Software Engineering: Engineering custom, fast, clean, and reliable code to drive business outcomes.
• Cloud, DevOps & Security: Developing cloud policy as code, compliance as code, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD product pipelines.
• Cybersecurity: Protecting cyber assets through people, policies, processes, and technologies.
• Device Engineering: Developing intelligent, connected medical devices and capabilities.
• Platform Engineering: Engineering flexible and cost-effective platform ecosystems.
Qualifications
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of interview and hire
• Bachelor’s degree attained between May 2024 and June 2025
• Ability to start full-time by June 23, 2025
• Willingness to relocate geographically within the United States
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience in technology-related internships or co-ops is preferred
• Proven leadership, business insight, and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Advanced analytical skills
• Ability to learn in a dynamic environment
• Passion for and knowledge of leading and new technologies
Compensation and Benefits
• Anticipated base pay: $81,000/year
• Performance-based compensation programs
• Annual performance bonus eligibility
• Sign-on bonus: Between $6,000 – $10,000 (based on degree)
