Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Group Fitness Class Coordinator to instruct safe, effective classes and uphold Crunch brand standards. You will lead sessions for members of all levels and ensure high-quality experiences across the club.

You must maintain mandatory certifications and follow all policies and procedures, while addressing member requests and collaborating with management. This on-site role requires professional conduct and active participation in ongoing training and

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Valid Yoga or Pilates certification also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
