Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a delivery role responsible for completing local daily routes, unloading products, and collecting proof of delivery. You will use handheld devices and interact with store personnel in a fast-paced environment while ensuring DOT compliance and safety inspections.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement. Candidates should be 21+ and able to lift 35 pounds; uniform and footwear allowances are provided.

• Strong customer service mindset is a plus.

What We Look For

• Previous delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and ability to meet medical certification requirements; must be 21 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements
