Class B Licensed Delivery Driver and Hot Shot Drivers

Route Sales Representative (RSR) -Shreveport, LA We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals with strong work ethic and integrity to deliver to existing customers and engage new customers by building long-term relationships.

• Jobduties:
• Deliver bottled water and related products to Residential & Commercial customers.
• Develop relationships with, and provide service levels to, existing customers that insure customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Present and sell additional products to existing customers.
• Acquire new customers using face-to-face sales calls to homes, offices, businesses relationships built with existing customers.
• Manage your route efficiently and effectively.

Compensation:

• $32-$42,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Willing/able to carry 200-300, 45-pound bottles per day
• A STRONG commitment to Customer Service
• Ambition to earn a higher compensation
• Ability and desire to work outdoors in various types of weather
• Strong verbal communication, self-management and organizational skills
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to Pass Pre-employment & random drug screens
• Pass a criminal background check, education and employment verification
• Secure Class B CDL
• Effectively interact with others, be a team player
