Job summary

Tri-State is currently seeking an accountable Class B CDL flatbed driver for our Indianapolis, IN location. Drivers work Monday – Friday, operating daily within a 250-mile radius of the branch.

All drivers are home every night. Responsibilities include daily customer deliveries, transferring products between branch locations, securing loads, tarping when necessary, using the electronic log, and following safety procedures with lifting, bending, twisting, and climbing.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL is required.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Experience driving flatbed tractors-trailers preferred.
• Knowledge of the service area we cover.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail is important for safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Daily customer deliveries
• Transfer products between branch locations
• Secure loads daily for delivery
• Tarp loads when necessary
• Use electronic log (company provided)
• Follow safety procedures with lifting, bending, twisting, and climbing.
