Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Class B Driver in Austin, TX. Local delivery with early morning or afternoon/evening routes, 5–6 days per week, home daily.

Pay starts at $27.50/hour plus $5.55 Health & Wellness Stipend for the first 40 hours, effective $33.05/hour; over 40 hours $29.00/hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), EAP, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license with DOT Medical Card.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.
• Clean MVR and passable screenings.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience within the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 combined violations or accidents in 3 years.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class B straight truck on local delivery routes.
• Deliver mail and related materials safely and efficiently.
• Utilize liftgate equipment during deliveries when required.
• Handle and maneuver rolling mail bins at pickup and delivery locations.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations.

Location: Austin, TX
Pay Rate:

• $27.50/hour + $5.55/hour Health & Wellness Stipend (first 40 hours worked)

Schedule

• Sunday through Saturday availability required
• Morning routes depart between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM OR
• Afternoon/evening routes depart between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM

5 to 6 days per week; Local routes, home daily
