85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a reliable and experienced Class B CDL Delivery Driver to join our Logistics Department in Kent, WA. This full-time role involves safely operating a 26-foot delivery truck, loading and unloading, and meeting scheduled routes.

The job requires a high school diploma, a valid Class B CDL, a DOT medical card, and prior delivery or logistics experience. Sign-on bonus available and benefits encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or higher, with endorsements for assigned vehicles.
• Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).

• Experience operating a 26-foot delivery truck preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Sign-On Bonus – $1,000

• 1st Payment: $400 after 30 days of continuous employment.
• 2nd Payment: $600 after 90 days of continuous employment.

Sign-on bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Safely operate a 26-foot commercial delivery truck to transport bakery products and supplies to designated cafe locations.
• Load, unload, and secure products to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage.
• Complete daily delivery routes accurately and within scheduled timeframes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and other required transportation documentation.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general warehouse operations.
• Follow all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel, warehouse staff, and management regarding deliveries, delays, and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adapt to changing delivery schedules, operational demands, and tight deadlines.
• Work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by business operations.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules based on business needs.
