Imperial Dade in Nashville, TN is seeking a Class B Delivery Driver to support our growing transportation team. The role delivers to customer locations, unloading with a pallet jack or lift gate and providing dependable service to a variety of business customers.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, typically 7:00am to 3:30pm, with a focus on safety, accurate log keeping, and clear communication with dispatch and customers. A valid CDL-B and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Good driving record.
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience.
• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW).
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Properly track and document the activity log.
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude.

The Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.

You will:
