• Good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Class B Delivery Driver role available in Orlando, FL! The Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of daily stops. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 5 : 30 pm to finish.

Responsibilities

You will :

• Safely operate a 24' box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

Qualifications

You have :

• A valid commercial driver's license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
