Job summary

C & H Solutions is seeking an experienced Class B CDL Truck Driver to join our crew in Ault, Colorado. You will be dispatched out of Ault and home every night, earning $28-35 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, life/AD&D, HSA/FSA, 401K, paid holidays and PTO.

The role involves hauling fuel, operating tandem dump trucks, and performing routine pre-trip inspections, load securement, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL Truck Driver required.
• Haz Mat Endorsement preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a tandem dump truck.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tandem dump truck.
• Haul fuel as primary load.
• Operate an 18-speed or automatic semi-truck.
• Complete daily DOT pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Hook and unhook trailer and secure loads.
• Set up the truck for emergency situations when necessary.
• Maintain delivery records, load documentation, logbook and compliance paperwork.
• Perform general maintenance on semis and trailers.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, applicators, customers and co-workers.

Class B CDL Truck Driver Job Duties:

• Ability to safely operate a tandem dump truck
• The Class B Haz Mat Truck Driver will primarily haul fuel
• Safely operate an 18-speed or automatic semi-truck
• Complete the DOT pre-trip inspections daily and report maintenance needs promptly
• Hook and unhook trailer and safely secure loads
• Set up the truck for emergency situations when necessary
• Maintain accurate delivery records, load documentation, logbook and compliance paperwork
• Perform general maintenance on semis and trailers
• Manage time efficiently
• Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, applicators, customers and co-workers
• Use a smartphone and computer
• Physically climb a ladder 15 feet high
• Maintain a clean and organized Semi-Truck
