Job Summary:

We are seeking a Class B CDL Driver - 3rd Shift at our Mason, OH Healthcare Laundry facility. The ideal candidate is confident in decision-making, quick to act, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you are committed to performance and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Drive company truck transporting supply carts to hospitals.
  • Operate a CDL Class B vehicle regularly.
  • Load and unload trucks at hospitals, delivering carts and products.
  • Deliver products to designated areas, rotate stock based on dates.
  • Collect used healthcare products daily.
  • Interact with customers to discuss inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Ensure PODs are signed, dated, and include delivery times.
  • Represent the facility at client hospitals daily.
  • Perform pre-trip safety inspections and vehicle maintenance per DOT regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the company truck.
  • Provide feedback from customers to management.
  • Keep accurate logs and records.
  • Assist with other tasks as directed.
Job Requirements:
  • Maintain a valid CDL Class B license.
  • Obtain any additional licenses or pass required tests.
  • Maintain a safe driving record.
  • Ability to push/pull loaded carts (up to 400 pounds) and transfer supplies within hospitals.
  • Communicate professionally with clients.
  • Accurately complete logs.
  • Be detail-oriented and multitask effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Read and understand SOPs.
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
