Position Summary

The Facility Commercial Driver drives a company truck for deliveries and performs warehouse duties such as stocking, retrieving packages, operating forklifts, and maintaining cleanliness. Must enjoy working with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate company delivery trucks safely.
• Ensure shipments include proper documentation.
• Perform safety inspections on vehicles.
• Maintain mileage and fuel logs.
• Verify paperwork for warehouse entries and exits.
• Meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Attend training and meetings as needed.
• Be versatile, flexible, and able to multi-task.
• Work well in a team with a positive attitude.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Report spills immediately.
• Present a professional image to customers.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift and driving certification (offered on the job).
• Valid Class B Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement.

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of agricultural operations (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Compensation & Benefits
