Job summary

Medline's MedTrans fleet delivers essential medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. With 2,100+ trucks and 50 distribution centers nationwide, we offer 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States.

The role requires loading, securing, and delivering to customer facilities on a route, maintaining logs, and complying with all safety regulations. A Class B license or CLP and a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Federal and State requirements for the operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Must have a clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class B vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in-person support to customers and provide documentation on delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route or schedule adjustments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain travel and cargo logs per regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safety and fuel readiness.
