We are currently looking for a Driver B to join our facility in Decatur, IL.

Job Summary

Class B CDL Driver performs a variety of routine and complex transportation work in driving and coordinating transportation plans. Must have the ability to operate trucks such as roll-off, packer or box truck.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company’s safety plan
• Review daily schedule and routes for accuracy
• Communicate with shredding department at the end of day with route information
• Complete daily drive route sheet
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections
• Perform vehicle fueling and turn in corresponding receipts to management
• Maintain confidentiality of customer material
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must possess at least a Class B Driver License with air brake endorsement
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Must be organized and detailed-oriented
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
• 5+ years of box truck driving experience
• Must possess a current clear motor vehicle report
• Must pass DOT physical and drug testing requirements
