You will load, secure, and unload goods, maintain delivery logs, and provide courteous customer service while following safety protocols. The role involves operating delivery vehicles, performing pre/post trip inspections, and using hand-held devices for DVIR/HOS compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old; valid driver’s license and Class B CDL.
• Pass MVR; DOT medical card within 5 days of request.
• No more than 5 moving violations in 5 years.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to specified sites; secure product during transit.
• Assist with loading/unloading and protect goods and customer property.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, weights, mileage, and locations.
• Act as customer service liaison; address concerns and resolve issues.
• Perform safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep.
• Use hand-held devices for DVIR and HOS compliance.
• May perform credit/product returns and paperwork.
• Operate forklift or manual handling equipment as needed.
