Driver Role Details

• Location: Duluth, MN
• Type: Full-time
• License: Class B CDL required
• Vehicle: Box truck/straight truck/cargo van
• Schedule: 4am Start, Monday-Friday
• Pay: $25.00 - $26.50/hr
• Type of work: Local deliveries, return home each night

What You’ll Do

Deliver electrical products from our warehouse to customers, starting with vehicle inspections, loading, and making local deliveries. Build strong customer relationships by providing courteous service and assistance with unloading.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections at start and end of route
• Transport and deliver products carefully
• Unload items such as wire, pipe, conduit, and boxes
• Follow safety procedures and regulations
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL driver’s license
• At least 21 years old
• Ability to climb into and operate delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift packages up to 85 pounds
• Pass and maintain DOT physical
• Basic math and English skills
• Willingness to learn equipment operation (training provided)
• Authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship

Preferred but Not Required

• 1 year of related experience or training
