Job Description

POSITION: Class Advisors, Rogers High School (4 positions)

SCHOOL YEAR: 2026-2027 (One Year Only)

STARTING DATE: September 2026- Advisor reports directly to the Principal

SALARY:

• Freshman Class $800.00 Annually
• Sophmore Class $800.00 Annually
• Junior Class $1,000.00 Annually
• Senior Class$1,9000.00 Annually

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the advisory obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with the advisory program at the high school.
• Previous advisory or coaching experience desired.
• Present employment at Rogers High School preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attends and supervises all class meetings, class fund raisers, and class dances.
• Assists in all organizational tasks for the efficient running of the class, as deemed necessary by the Principal.
• Organizes and supports the class fundraising events.
• Maintains financial accounting records and reports status to the Principal.
• Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Rogers High School.
