Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Litigation Associate Attorney to join our prestigious legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who is looking to make a significant impact and contribute to groundbreaking litigation cases. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing litigation cases and develop effective legal strategies.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case theories and strategies, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Assist in all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, document organization, and exhibit preparation.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences to represent clients and advocate for their interests.
• Conduct legal analysis and provide comprehensive advice to clients regarding potential risks and liabilities.
• Stay abreast of legal developments, changes in regulations, and industry trends to provide informed counsel to clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 4 years of class action litigation experience; federal clerkship preferred
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
