Job summary

Republican Jobs is leading the search for a national plaintiff-side law firm to hire an experienced Class Action Attorney for its Data Privacy and Pixel Litigation practice. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage high-stakes privacy cases across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in class actions or privacy litigation, strong ECF proficiency, and excellent writing and research skills. A JD and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in class action or privacy-related litigation.
• Familiarity with Pixel tracking, data misuse, or consumer privacy cases.
• Proficient with ECF and federal court procedures.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Republican Jobs is leading the search for a national plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Class Action Attorney to join its Data Privacy and Pixel Litigation practice.

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage plaintiff-side class action cases involving Pixel tracking, data privacy, and digital consumer protection violations.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in federal courts.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop forward-thinking litigation strategies
• Work with internal teams and technical experts to evaluate evidence related to data tracking.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in class action or privacy-related litigation.
• Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with Pixel tracking, data misuse, or consumer privacy cases.
• Proficient with ECF filing systems and federal court procedures.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Salary: $100–180k + DOE + full benefits package
